DETECTIVE DIVISION
The Detective Division investigates, apprehends, and prepares prosecution of criminal offenders for the Adams County Sheriff's Office.
The division is comprised of the Crimes Against Persons Section, Crimes Against Property Section, Crime Lab, Joint Terrorism Task Force, Safe Street Task Force, Property and Evidence Unit, North Metro Task Force, and Victim Advocates.

Registration days: Tuesday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
New and birthday registrations are done by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Re-registrations hours are Wednesday and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Detective Division hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. excluding holidays when work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
